Gaetan led several businesses for Ecolab to transform the company from a $1.7B specialty chemical business to a $13.0B global leader in facility management services. He is a proven leader creating high-performing small businesses from $30M to $300M with more than 1,500 employees and delivering over 20% EBITDA.
He & his wife live in Sarasota and enjoy golf, boating, and family time with their children. Gaetan has been on several boards and loves giving back to the community as a Board Director & Trustee for the Boys & Girls Club and Minnesota Zoo.
